These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the mobile application ("App") provided by 3369 Inc. ("Service Provider"). By downloading or using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App to ensure you fully understand its content.

The unauthorized copying, modification, or use of any part of the App or the Service Provider's trademarks is strictly prohibited. Extracting the App's source code, translating the App into other languages, or creating derivative versions is not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider.

The Service Provider strives to operate the App as efficiently and effectively as possible. Accordingly, the Service Provider may modify the App or introduce paid services at any time without providing a reason. Users will be clearly notified if charges for the App or its services are introduced.

The App processes and stores personal information provided by users to deliver its services. Users are responsible for maintaining access to the App and ensuring the security of their mobile devices. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting devices, as such actions may expose devices to viruses, malware, and security vulnerabilities, potentially causing the App to malfunction.

The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by its own terms of use. Please review these terms before use:

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Facebook
• Unity

The Service Provider disclaims liability for the following:

• Certain App features require an internet connection, which may involve Wi-Fi or mobile data networks. If Wi-Fi is unavailable or insufficient data capacity is present, the App may not function properly.
• Using the App outside Wi-Fi coverage may incur mobile data or other third-party charges per the user's mobile carrier agreement. Users are responsible for these charges and should ensure the bill payer's consent when incurring such costs.

The Service Provider is not liable for any losses resulting from the user's device being uncharged, preventing App access.

The Service Provider endeavors to keep the App up-to-date and accurate, but it may rely on third-party information. The Service Provider is not responsible for any losses (direct or indirect) arising from reliance on the App's functionality.

Updates to the App may be released to meet changes in operating system requirements. Users are responsible for downloading these updates to ensure continued functionality. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the App will remain compatible with all user devices. By using the App, users agree to accept updates as provided.

The Service Provider may cease providing the App at any time without notice. Upon termination, users must stop using the App and delete it from their devices if necessary. The following conditions will apply upon termination:

• All rights and licenses granted to the user will terminate.
• Users must discontinue App use and remove it from their devices.
